A Business and Service Designer with over 8 years of advisory experience.
I specialise in combining business strategy and design thinking to create innovative solutions, including new business models, products and services.
By focusing on the right user problem, I help my clients compete in their markets by creating unique and exciting solutions.
What I do
I use design thinking to find the right user problem to solve for my clients. I combine business strategy and systems thinking to build the right solution, using agile and lean startup methodologies to test these solutions.

Whilst delivering great work for my clients, I aim to up-skill those I work alongside by imparting knowledge in agile, design thinking, human-centred design, lean startup and systems thinking methodologies.
Embedding these ways of thinking into my clients' organisations, ensures great results will continue to be realised once my project ends.
